The law in Oregon, in plain English
The Oregon Lottery made DraftKings its exclusive mobile sportsbook in 2022, replacing its own Scoreboard app. Lottery policy has kept college games off that app since launch, so Ducks games are not on Oregon's only legal sportsbook. A few tribal casinos run in-person books.
Prediction markets fill the gap. Novig lists every Oregon game and is available statewide, alongside Kalshi and Polymarket US, so Ducks fans can see a price on their own team here even though the state's sportsbook will not offer one.
